Dinner at Shikotsu Chef’s Special Course “Hana” with Buffet Breakfast

Dinner will be served at Robata-yaki restaurant “Shikotsu” with chef’s special course “Hana”.
Enjoy thinly sliced sashimi, shellfish rich in forest minerals, fatty Furano wagyu beef, and other seasonal Hokkaido ingredients carefully selected by the chef himself, grilled on the Robata grill.

The next morning, enjoy a breakfast buffet of more than 70 dishes at Haskap The Garden restaurant!

Japanese and Western-style buffet with more than 70 kinds of dishes.
 In addition to using rice produced in Hokkaido, vegetables and fish are also produced in Hokkaido and other seasonal ingredients are used.
 A wide variety of hot and cold dishes, Japanese side dishes, salads, etc. are available.
 The omelets and fried eggs that the chef bakes in front of your eyes at the demonstration corner are exquisite!
