With this exclusive seasonal plan, guests can enjoy our signature “Namara Hokkaido Course” dinner, served at Robatayaki Restaurant Shikotsu.
Savor the rich flavors of Hokkaido with a carefully crafted menu featuring the finest local ingredients, such as Akkeshi oysters and clams, and the exceptional Furano Wagyu beef—all grilled to perfection by our skilled chefs.

Let yourself indulge in this irresistibly delicious dining experience, available only for hotel guests from October to April.

Grilled Vegetables: Foil-baked Hokkaido-grown “Kita Akari” potatoes

Main Dish: Charcoal-grilled Furano Wagyu beef

Seafood Special: Grilled shellfish (Akkeshi oysters, clams, and whelks)

Rice Dish: Soy sauce-grilled rice ball made with Hokkaido’s “Fukkurinko” rice
