In the Hokkaido dialect, “namara” means “very” or “extremely,”
“taberasaru” means “to eat uncontrollably or unable to stop eating.”
For dinner with this plan, we will serve the “Namara Hokkaido Course” at the robatayaki restaurant Shikotsu.
We carefully select fresh ingredients from the northern seas and land, including oysters and clams from Akkeshi and Furano Wagyu, Hokkaido’s finest brand of beef, and our artisanal skills meticulously bring out the delicious flavors.
This super delicious and edible Hokkaido Course is available only from October to April, exclusively for our guests.

Appetizer: Akkeshi Oysters, Clams, and Whole Clams Grilled in a Gangan Style or Anglerfish Hot Pot
*You can choose one of these until February.
Meal: Grilled Rice Balls with Soy Sauce (Made with Hokkaido Fukkurinko Rice)

■Breakfast: “Japanese and Western Buffet with Over 70 Dishes”
We use locally-sourced Hokkaido rice, and seasonal vegetables and fish, primarily from northern Hokkaido.
We offer a wide variety of dishes, including hot and cold dishes, Japanese side dishes, and salads.
We recommend egg dishes such as omelets and fried eggs cooked right in front of you by our chef, as well as our original “Namara Donburi” rice bowl, where you can choose your favorite toppings.
Our new “Hotel Special Soup Curry” is also popular.
This Hokkaido specialty is based on a mild pork broth and exquisitely blended with spices such as cumin and cardamom, resulting in a light taste that’s perfect for a morning drink.
Enjoy it as a morning soup to wake you up, or top it with your favorite colorful seasonal vegetables and pair it with rice, noodles, or bread for a delicious, personalized experience.
