For dinner, enjoy our hotel-exclusive shabu-shabu, featuring Hokkaido-sourced ingredients for both the soup and the ingredients, at our in-house restaurant, “Haskap the Garden.” Savor the bounty of Hokkaido, warming both body and soul.

1. Select a Course
“Yume no Daichi Four-Way Pork Course”
Hokkaido’s brand pork, “Yume no Daichi,” boasts sweet, low-melting fat and a finely textured meat, allowing the tender juices to fill your mouth with every bite.

“Shiretoko Chicken Course”
“Shiretoko Chicken,” raised in the magnificent Shiretoko region, is fed a plant-based diet, resulting in a rich, sweet flavor with less of the typical chicken odor, allowing you to enjoy the natural flavor of the chicken.

*You can upgrade to the “Special Furano Wagyu Course” on the day for an additional 1,500 yen per person.
*The above course includes shabu-shabu meat, a three-appetizer platter, and a vegetable platter.

2. Choose Your Soup
This course comes with two soup options.
In addition to the basic “Hidaka Kelp Dashi” soup, you can choose either “Soup Curry” or “Paitan Soup.”

*For single guests, you can only choose one option.

◎Basic Soup
“Hidaka Kelp Dashi”: A rich, flavorful broth with a rich seashore aroma, made with Mitsuishi kelp from the Hidaka coast.

“Soup Curry”: Our chef’s special soup curry, adapted for shabu-shabu.

“Paitan Soup”: Our secret kaitan soup is finished with spices such as red chili peppers and star anise.

★To conclude your meal, we offer a “Shime Set” (additional charge) that allows you to fully savor the delicious flavor of the dashi.
Choose from the delicious “Rice Porridge Set” or the rich “Cheese Risotto Set.”
Enjoy a moment of bliss with a luxurious aftertaste.

“Rice Porridge Set” ¥1,000 per person
Hokkaido Nanatsuboshi rice, raw egg, Hokkaido local dish “Misasuzuke,” green onion, and chopped seaweed.

“Cheese Risotto Set” ¥1,000 per person
Hokkaido Nanatsuboshi rice, mozzarella and Gouda cheese, Hokkaido fresh cream, Hokkaido local dish, “Misasuzuke,” green onion.

Breakfast: “Japanese and Western Buffet with Over 70 Varieties”
We use locally grown rice, as well as seasonal ingredients, primarily from Hokkaido, including vegetables and fish.
We offer a wide variety of menu items, including hot and cold dishes, Japanese side dishes, and salads.

We also recommend our chef-prepared egg dishes made with fresh eggs from Chitose, or our custom-made “Namara Donburi” rice bowl, which you can create with your favorite ingredients.

Our new “Hotel Special Soup Curry” is also popular.

This Hokkaido specialty is based on a mild pork broth and exquisitely blended with spices such as cumin and cardamom, resulting in a light and delicious morning drink.

Enjoy it as a morning soup to wake you up, or top it with your favorite colorful seasonal vegetables and pair it with rice, noodles, or bread for a delicious, personalized experience.
