SHABU-SHABU DINNER COURSE

Enjoy the famous “Shabu-Shabu Hokkaido (¥4,800)” for just ¥1,000 with this dinner and breakfast plan!

For dinner, we offer a hotel-exclusive shabu-shabu at our in-house restaurant, “Haskap The Garden,” featuring broth and ingredients exclusively from Hokkaido. Savor the bounty of Hokkaido, warming both body and soul.

“Yume no Daichi Four-Way Pork Course”
Hokkaido’s brand pork, “Yume no Daichi,” has sweet fat, a low melting point, and finely textured meat.
The tender juices fill your mouth with every bite.

*You can upgrade to the “Specially Selected Furano Wagyu Course” on the day for an additional ¥1,500 per person.
In addition to the shabu-shabu meat, this course comes with a platter of three appetizers and a vegetable platter.

“Ishikari Nabe Course” *Available from December 15th

A Hokkaido specialty, this dish features salmon and vegetables simmered in a miso-based broth.

2. Select Soup (Shabu-Shabu Course Only)

The shabu-shabu course is served with two soups.

In addition to the base “Hidaka Kelp Broth,” you can choose either “Soup Curry” or “Plain Soup.”

*For single guests, please select only one type.

◎Base Soup “Hidaka Kelp Broth”
This broth is rich and flavorful, with a rich seashore aroma, made using Mitsuishi kelp from the Hidaka coast.

“Soup Curry”: Our chef’s special soup curry, adapted for shabu-shabu.

“Paitan Soup”: Our secret kaitan soup is finished with spices such as red chili peppers and star anise.

★To finish off your meal, we recommend the Shime Set (additional charge), which allows you to fully enjoy the delicious flavor of the soup.
For the Shabu-Shabu Course, you can choose the flavorful “Zousui Set” or the rich “Cheese Risotto Set.”
For the Ishikari Nabe Course, you can choose the “Ramen Set.”
Enjoy a moment of bliss with a luxurious aftertaste.

■ Breakfast: “Japanese and Western Buffet with Over 70 Dishes”
We use locally-sourced Hokkaido rice, as well as seasonal vegetables and fish, primarily from Hokkaido.
We offer a wide variety of dishes, including hot and cold dishes, Japanese side dishes, and salads.
We recommend our chef-prepared egg dishes made with fresh Chitose eggs, or our custom-made “Namara Donburi” rice bowl, created with your favorite ingredients.

Our new “Hotel Special Soup Curry” is also popular.
This Hokkaido specialty is crafted in a mild pork broth base with an exquisite blend of spices like cumin and cardamom, resulting in a light and delicious morning drink.
Enjoy it as a morning soup to wake you up, or top it with your favorite colorful seasonal vegetables and pair it with rice, noodles, or bread for a delicious, personalized experience.
