All courses come with a platter of three appetizers and a vegetable platter.
Choose soup
Your shabu-shabu comes with two kinds of broth — Hidaka kelp broth (fixed) and your choice of either soup curry or rich white broth.
*The Ishikari Nabe course comes with a fixed soup.
- Hidaka Kelp Dashi
Made with Mitsuishi kelp from the Hidaka coast. A rich, flavorful broth with a rich seashore aroma.
- Soup Curry
The chef's special soup curry has been adapted for shabu-shabu.
- Plain Hot Water Soup
A secret plain hot water soup recipe finished with spices such as red chili peppers and star anise.
