Sweets & Lunch Buffet : A Masterful Culinary Gathering — Winter Desserts & Staub Recipes —

Under the theme of “Winter Desserts,”
Chief Pastry Chef Takashi Naito and newly appointed Pastry Chef Yasuhide Sawada (from ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Osaka) present an elegant selection of seasonal sweets, where craftsmanship and creativity come together.

Alongside them, Executive Chef Akisuke Yamamoto offers warm, refined dishes prepared in Staub stone ovens, inspired by the Alsace region of France.

This winter, enjoy a special lunch buffet created by three master chefs.
Three master chefs will present weekly rotating special dishes.
During Week 1 (January 10 (Sat) – 12 (Mon, Public Holiday)), enjoy Chef Naito’s Caramelized Apples with Rosemary and Chef Yamamoto’s Nagaimo (Japanese Yam) and Bacon Quiche.
