Please be informed that the hotel will be conducting exterior wall construction in accordance with mandatory inspections to ensure the safety of our building and further enhance its structural integrity.

■ Construction Period
Phase 1: March 23 (Mon) – July 5 (Sun), 2026
Phase 2: August 20 (Thu) – November 21 (Sat), 2026

■ Working Hours
10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

During the construction period, intermittent loud noise may occur due to work such as exterior tile removal. In addition, gondolas and construction workers may be visible from some guest rooms.
While every precaution will be taken to ensure safety, noise may occasionally be heard not only near the construction areas but also in guest rooms located on the same side of the building.

Please note that the hotel will remain open and operate as usual throughout the construction period.

As this work is essential for safety, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
