Surrounded by the rich nature of Chitose City through the four
seasons, the Naibetsu River spring water—
selected by the Ministry of the Environment as one of the
“Japan’s 100 Exquisite Waters”—flows nearby.
Using this underground spring water to create soda water, we
combined it with Nikka Whisky,
a brand deeply connected to Hokkaido,
to craft our hotel’s original highball.
With its strong carbonation and refreshing taste,
it pairs perfectly with meat dishes and fried foods.
